As a Principal Solution Consultant at ServiceMax, I was responsible for leading presales efforts, including working in international teams and managing international deals with long sales cycles. I mentored employees and built strong relationships with colleagues and other partners. In this role, I provided asset-centric field service management, end-to-end service management processes, scheduling and optimization, and industry-leading mobile field service solutions. I also worked with Zinc, a real-time communications platform, and Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Service Management, building strong cross-company relationships with Salesforce.

As a Manufacturing and Planning Specialist for automatic door manufacturing, I was responsible for coordinating orders and managing production scheduling, while building and staffing a new factory in the Czech Republic. I also coached new employees and participated in process and production flow optimization, as well as lean manufacturing and lean optimization programs. After my work in the Czech Republic, I continued working in Sweden as a project manager to develop a new production planning tool, coordinating between users and IT.

As a Project Specialist for Customer Service and Production of ADS in Landskrona, Sweden, I gained international experience while working on a variety of projects in Germany and Sweden. My responsibilities included building and training a new team to handle high complex orders for automatic doors, centralizing Customer Service for Europe, optimizing the order flow, implementing EDI, automating production scheduling, and handling special projects related to ADS and entrance solutions. I also continued to work on shop floor and order flow optimization.

As a team leader for Customer Service at Assa Abloy ES Production in Germany, I was a member of the local management team and involved in personnel and capacity planning. In this role, I was responsible for optimizing the order process, serving as a key user in the Baan IV ERP system, and working with sales companies across Europe to handle special built requests for automatic doors and entrance solutions. I also coached and developed new employees and worked in lean manufacturing projects that resulted in improvements in production flow and efficiency.
