Current100% invested in the food business in Boulder, Colorado making fresh, authentic blue corn tortillas and chips from Native American grown corn. We began with the notion of using single origin, transparent ingredients of the highest quality. We chose the corn that our Ute friends grow near Four Corners in southwestern Colorado. This corn is treated in an ancestral way by boiling and steeping the corn overnight with lime and then stone-grinding to make fresh masa for tortillas.
