I got my first job at a brand new restaurant called Madison Social in Tallahassee back in 2013. Working there I learned about how to handle all kinds of different people. Communication skills, multitasking, teamwork and customer service all are were very important to my job. Menu memorization was a must but also knowing how the meals were prepared so were knowledgeable about what we could substitute for the customer.In 2016 I started working for the family company Hart Homes as a Project Manager. The company has been around for 18 years now and I had plenty of experience growing up around the job sites. Time management, scheduling, communication, permitting, site safety, site maintenance all are key skills to have on the job. After about a year of working as the Project Manager I decided to return to school and finish my Bachelor's degree in Business Management. I am currently holding the title Assistant Project Manager.
