About Stefán Holm
I lead a team of experienced sourcing and contract management professionals at ATP, a Danish pension provider and administrator. My core skills are leadership, strategic sourcing and contract management. I also have significant experience with negotiating, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, in particular procurement, IT and outsourcing agreements.Since graduation from the University of Iceland in 2001 and until 2009 I worked with competition law/antitrust. In 2009 I moved to the IP & Technology group of Gorrissen Federspiel where I worked with outsourcing and IP related matters. In the beginning of 2011, I was employed by Nordea. At Nordea I initially worked in Group Legal in a variety of areas, among these contracts, competition law issues and banking law. During my time in Group Legal I was often dedicated full time to large in-house projects.In 2015 I became Head of Partner Selection & Partnerships, becoming the functional lead of a small team of vendor management experts, and starting my leadership journey.My main personality traits are that I am a focused leader, remaining calm and approachable under pressure. I possess strong communication skills and value integrity in myself and others.
