actively promote and sell the credit union’s full line of financial services by profiling each and every member, assessing their needs and offering solutions to better meet those needs in person or by phone;perform tasks such as opening and closing deposit accounts, taking loan applications, handling customer service requests, and so on during the course of a sales session;actively promote and sell credit life, credit disability, GAP, warranties on all loans when applicable;deepen the member’s relationship by referring the member to our other lines of business including, Heritage Direct Investments, insurance, Mortgage Services and Business Services;perform all maintenance functions to better meet the needs of the member, including, but not limited to: adding & removing joint owners, ordering checks, issuing stop payments, ordering debit cards, processing wire transfers, processing fraud packets and so on;open and assist members with safe deposit boxes;take a proactive role in developing additional relationships by being active in the community through volunteering events, visiting existing and new clients, placing outbound calls to the same;become a notary to assist in notarizing bank documents and limited outside forms;support all other credit union associates, as needed and/or requested;maintain a working knowledge of the credit union’s complete line of products and services, as well as all compliance regulations;perform any and all other duties that may be required or needed from time to time.
