I've always loved technology and the internet ever since I was a kid. I also love to write. I offer your company experience from many jobs over the years, from web assistant to mystery shopper. The key skills I've gained from these are Customer service, Quality Assurance, business skills, light website design, and social media management. I'm currently brushing up my CSS/HTML skills, as well as earning my Google IT Support Professional Certification. I would love to secure a position that emphasizes writing, IT and/or web design.
