Current• Supports Public Affordable Housing software by analyzing complex software issues while following The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development guidelines to provide solutions to our nationwide client base for management of thier applications, tenants, units, forms, payments, receivables, 1099s, etc... • Uses resources such as SQL, test database environments, technical troubleshooting skills and creativity to resolve complex issues in the software and servers.• Monitors, documents, and manages the resolution process in a timely manner while effectively communicating status with clients to maintain a high degree of client satisfaction through utilizing Salesforce.
