Support Analyst
Current- Supports Public Affordable Housing software by analyzing complex software issues while following The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development guidelines to provide solutions to our nationwide client.
- Uses resources such as SQL, test database environments, technical troubleshooting skills and creativity to resolve complex issues in the software and servers.
- Monitors, documents, and manages the resolution process in a timely manner while effectively communicating status with clients to maintain a high degree of client satisfaction through utilizing Salesforce.
