Worked as the sole Customer Service Representative for Seven Figure Publishing responding to customer inquiries online and over the phone. Worked for the Operations Team as a Customer Operations Coordinator. As a Customer Operations Coordinator I served as the front line business contact for Customer operation inquiries and requests. In this role, I was responsible for Operational support for Customer Service.

Responsible for the collection and accurate input of property values & assessments, taxes and tax bill processing as directed. Also be responsible for scheduling, preparing and processing correspondence and documentation for submission to clients and/or assessors or tax collectors, all while providing excellent customer service.

Worked for the Fixed Income an Equity cash teams on several various special projects revolving around SEC regulatory processes. Reported to head managers of both Equity and Fixed Income teams and VP of Compliance for various SEC regulatory processes. Had to accommodate to meet and confirm various SEC processes with clients/internally across the globe.

Main responsibilities involved creating athlete profiles, race web pages, fliers, brochures, etc. Needed to respond to current athletes, volunteers, boosters, board members, and sponsors and keep them informed with upcoming events. On weekends, I attended races and advertised the nonprofit organization by implementing various marketing techniques.

I was responsible to be at every practice to work game clock, fill up water bottles, take care of equipment. At every home and away game I was responsible for various tasks that include: filling up water, running game/shot clock, taking stats on game, filming game. In the office, I made fliers, ran the men's basketball teams social media pages, and scheduled any meetings, food orders, and any other requests from the coaches.

Summer job: my most important and basic duty was to watch children (my class ranged between ages 4-10 years old), but my other important duties included: diaper changing/potty training, cooking lunches/making snacks, cleaning day care rooms and cafeteria, and spending my lunches sitting in classrooms with sleeping children.
