As the HR & Benefits Coordinator for Healthland, I work with and help employees in many aspects. Some duties of my position include administration of the employee recognition program, on-boarding new employees and creating/sending offer letters to new candidates. I am responsible for creating and executing the Open Enrollment project plan every year. This includes working through benefit renewals, maintaining vendor relationships, updating benefit summaries, intranet site and online enrollment system, creating employee communications, planning employee meetings and answering all questions around open enrollment. I am also responsible for the administration of FMLA and other Leave of Absence policies for our company. It is very rewarding to be able to help our employees with their various benefits, FMLA (leave) and new hire needs.

As the HR/Payroll lead, I was responsible for all Human Resource and Payroll responsibilities for the facility. I implemented a new payroll software while working at NRCC. I was responsible for administering payroll and auditing time cards of over 100 employees. Administration of FMLA and PTO policies was also included in my job duties. It was my responsibility to maintain the nursing and CNA schedule on a weekly & daily basis. While working at NRCC I was instrumental in the implementation of an EHR program for the nursing and office staff.
