I also specialize in maximizing cost segregation, Sec. 199 Domestic Production Activity Deductions (DPAD, sunset on 12/31/17) and Meals and Entertainment Deductions.Offering a free cost and benefit analysis, my firm and I will provide an estimate of the federal and state dollars available in current reporting years as well as prior tax years. My work as the co-owner of a specialty tax consulting firm entails being an enlightening and accommodating resource for clients in conjunction with top personnel from specialized technical backgrounds (engineers, chemists, software developers) to best provide high-quality services while minimizing the time commitment of client personnel.My ongoing and fervent lobbyist efforts are approached with the intent to make a positive change in tax credit policies to improve the business climate for all companies conducting research. My involvement in this area has led me to serve on the Tax Committee for Georgia Association of Manufacturers (GAM), Government Affairs Committees for the Cobb Chamber and the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce. I was recently asked to join the new Tax Reform Task Force formed by the Georgians First Commission.
