Accountable for providing the reconciliation of Invoicing records between APL and the U.S. Government. I have developed and assisted in implementation of processes and automated tools to facilitate accurate and timely billing of charges. This includes assisting in documenting and testing processes not only for APL but for our military customer's website. I have assisted worked with our reporting team to create macros that have increased efficiency and production. I provide assistance to both internal and external customers by following up on cargo logistic queries as well as invoice questions. I have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as an ability to rapidly organize large amounts of data and analyze complex and diverse situations. Providing the one- touch solutions to customers for issues involving the tactical movement of cargo. This includes providing dedicated service to customers such as customs and documentation clearance, processing bookings and providing rates. The primary interface with internal and external customers is via telephone and email communications. Therefore, necessitating a high level of competency for both verbal and written communication skills. I am a member of the "Disaster Recovery Program" and have done testing of APL computer & Cisco systems at home to ensure systems worked successfully. I also was a member of our Booktrac System testing team for 4 years.
