Responsible for the B2B subscription business and all retail sales across Berlingske, B.T., B.T. Metro and Weekendavisen. Responsible for various cross-organizational projects, hereby merger of B.T. and B.T. Metro(Metroxpress) in early 2020. Management responsibility for 8 FTEs across marketing, strategy, business development, pricing, go to market, key account management, sales and retention. Results: Construction of a new B2B department, development of new products and pricing structures, successful implementation of CRM system, increasing sales results, execution and planning of marketing campaigns, and development of an digital sales site.

Business development and project manager with primary responsibility for all retail sales across Berlingske, B.T., B.T. Metro and Weekendavisen - approx. 5500 dealers in Denmark. Lead and negotiate annual agreements with large accounts, including planning and follow-up on marketing campaigns, budget preparation, price structures and communication. Management support with KPI reporting, analyzes and presentations for Board meetings.

Responsible for preparing, coordination and executing marketing campaigns (tactical and branding). Including briefing and collaboration with creative, advertising agencies, communication, and campaign follow-up and evaluation.
