My main tasks during that period are listed below:- Look for new customers in Trentino Area (Northern Italy)- Support customers to develop their internet platform (before and after)During the work experience with Airbnb, I have traveled a lot. I have spent time with different customer typologies: bed&breakfasts, farm hotels, private house holders in Trentino. I have seen amazing landscapes and unique host structures. I have met really great workers that love their territory and their touristic mission. I have co worked passionately with everyone of them and I have studied deeply the Trentino Region touristic system.

My main achievements during that period can be summarized as follows:- Develop partnership with local businesses to secure third party promotion- With my team we created some format of cultural products(Stage&Chips, themed events, discount cards)This role with AriaTeatro gave me the chance to understand how to engage citizens with the Municipality Theater, the main cultural Institution, in Pergine Valsugana (TN- Italy). During these years I have met a lot of people and private companies to understand trough a "scientific marketing process" the possible mutual interests that could create trust and cooperation between the Institution and the local population.

My main tasks during three years were the following:- Drafting budget, Financial analysis, Expense paymentsWhen in 2013 AriaTeatro took over management the New Municipality Theater; I immediately started working as an Account Manager with the main cultural private organization in Trentino Region. With an annual turnover of almost 500.000 euro, AriaTeatro organization is growing year my year with a solid balance sheet.

I have had the pleasure to know different sections of society in Trentino Region. I have listened to the people fears, expectations and dreams. It was a very important professional and human experience.
