Full service brand management and beauty brokerage business. We place independent beauty brands in national retailers in the United States- Scout, sign, strategize and consult indie beauty brands (domestic and international) for placement into national US retail locations. Typically oversee 10 active brands at once - Actively manage brands in locations such as Target, CVS, Whole Foods, Navy Exchange, etc. Products are typically carried in 500-3600 locations per retailer - Familiar with managing vendor portals, 3rd party distributors, and the ins and outs of managing brands throughout the entire cycle of their retail partnership. Work with the retailer to secure key marketing and educational opportunities to grow the brand’s presence and sales in each channel- Worked with national US retailer to find brands that fit into specific category/product needs for exclusive multi-branded kits. Typical partnerships sell out of approx. 25k product kits in 3-day promotion

Created all Sephora-focused Benefit trainings for free-standing and SiJCP channels.Created training materials and programs for entire US/CAD Benefit sales fleet (Macy's and Sephora). Also created materials/programs for US Sephora employees from Senior Artists, beginning and intermediate color/artistry training, and Sephora Education Leads and Store Directors.Attended, presented, and participated in all Sephora market meetings, 2-3 times a year.

• Program Development: Create and produce all skin and haircare training materials for 320+ stores (10,000+ employees) in the USA and Canada. Materials/trainings range from entry-level employees to the most elevated leaders in the fleet. Took on additional HR-related content creation, including creating Effective Meetings training attended by all Sephora corporate employees.• Project Management: Implemented and oversaw all educational materials/trainings for the $6 million roll-out of Skincare iQ technology to all US and CAD doors in 2013. Technology boosted skin sales comp across the fleet.• Training and Facilitation: Train our team of field trainers to execute all skin and haircare training materials created. Created and facilitated multiple training sessions for senior level in-store positions including Personal Beauty Advisors and Senior Skincare Advisors. Trainings average 100+ participants and 10+ presenters over multiple days.

• Presentation Skills/Strategic Agility: Planned, facilitated, and managed weekly off-site training sessions across the USA. These sessions educated store employees on the basics of makeup and skincare. Completed over 50 sessions with each session having 60+ participants.

• Innovation Management: Created and presented 4-6 hour training sessions for 75+ skin and color brands sold in Sephora to all employees in the Denver market (100+ people). Developed strong business relationships with the corporate office, store employees, and brand partners.
