Little Wings is a not for profit organisation whose mission is to provide a professional, free and safe flight and ground transport service for children from rural and regional NSW to access specialised medical services and treatment in major centres. • Responsible for the day to day activities required to fulfill the organisation’s mission. • Supervision of the flight coordinator, volunteer drivers and pilots. • Assisting the Chief Pilot in administrative matters and responsible for setting up and managing AirMaestro. • Recruitment and training of over 30 volunteer drivers across our two bases, Sydney and Newcastle. Based on the 400 trips per year target, this saved the organisation over $40,000 in labour costs. • Helped fundraise over $7000 by organising for the organization to attend the Hunter Valley and Illawarra Airshows. To further help the fundraising efforts I also sourced over $15,000 worth of prizes to be auctioned off at other events.

Class size between 6-12 students.• Other duties included booking lessons, managing the aircraft schedule and invoicing students.

• Flying a C210, C206 and GA8 on 1 hour to 5 hours scenic flights around the Kimberly. • Driving a light rigid sized mini bus whilst conducting tours around the Argyle Diamond mine. • Operation required flying into short, dirt, remote ALAs that often required the use of HF or satellite phones to maintain SARTIMEs and barrel refueling

Taught all age groups with the youngest student being 6 months to the oldest student being over 70 years old, across all levels of experience. From 2009-2012 was responsible for the Junior Competitive program, coaching 9-11 year olds through to metropolitan and state championships.
