Currently supporting the Global Chief Communications Officer and Global President, Consumer Panel Services

o Assist an SVP Principal Architect with calendar management, travel, expenses and meetingso Maintain a high level of confidentialityo Assist the division HR Director with confidential administrative supporto Coordinate department client meetings and conference callso Interpret HR policies as neededo Answer employee related benefits questionso Facilitate new hire orientation/on-boarding which includes training, processing new hire documentation (e.g. I-9), benefits enrollment, parking registration and more.o Foster relationships with vendors such as catering companies, service providers, landlord, and troubleshoot all vendor problemso Plan company meetings, offsite/onsite events, happy hours and celebrations. Book travel arrangements for the teamo Standardize and document processes and procedures to promote smooth operations for the companyo Cooperate with the team leaders to improve the working conditions and business processes of the organizationo Work with the IT department with A/V and other office equipment needs. Provide project management support on misc. projects as neededo Utilize CRM to update prospective clients and opportunities
