• Collaborate with other staff to maintain, rig, and repair a fleet of twenty-six rowing shells and seven coaching launches to prepare the team for competitions • Travel with the team and assist director of operations with equipment transportation for approximately ten to fifteen events per year• Assist with event operations for the Big XII Conference championship regatta and two to three scrimmages hosted by the team

• Create and implement fully systematic, user-friendly, Excel based yard checking process• Consult with production staff to identify yard check deficiencies and design a solution that improved the timeliness of yard checks by drivers, truck yard accuracy, and yard driver productivity• Take inventory to prepare distribution center for peak season rearrangements• Assist other staff with automating the units per hour (UPH) reports through Excel functions • Analyze UPH percentages to ensure the automated report was accurate
