Hey there. I’m a dedicated marketing and data science professional with a master’s degree in Marketing and Management from Tilburg University, complemented by a post-master degree in Data Science and Business Analytics. With over six years at Gradient, I have evolved from handling ad-hoc client analyses to developing robust statistical research products as the Head of Data Science. I lead a team of R programmers, creating bespoke statistical models to answer our clients' most challenging strategy questions.My role involves close collaboration with research teams and clients, where I like to work backwards from our clients' hypotheses to provide rigorous recommendation grounded in statistical truth.In addition to my professional work, I enjoy open source programming along with sharing knowledge and industry insights.
