Designing is the core of my work in the civil engineering, building construction and infrastructure sector. I create detailed drawings and technical specifications for various projects, ensuring they comply with regulations and client requirements. Additionally, I manage all the regulatory documentation required to obtain approvals, such as permits and licenses. Throughout the project, I coordinate all phases, from planning to realization, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and according to specifications. During construction, I provide on-site technical consultancy, resolving any issues and ensuring work is safe and compliant with our guidelines.

As a external collaborator, I dealt mainly with architectural design, interior design, graphic visualization (photorealistic and conceptual art) and permit management for the restoration and renovation of real estate units (residential and commercial buildings) in the historical centers of the city of Turin and Aosta. In addition, I have managed the relationships with clients.

I have been personally involved in the drafting of architectural projects in the field of residential and hotel structures on different scales and scenarios in different parts of the world, with the elaboration of technical drawings, reports, preliminary concepts and renderings. In addition, I have managed the relationships with the clients of two luxury villas in Mexico.

I was in charge of the preliminary, final and executive design for the renovation of a residential building unit in the historical center of Turin to be used as a private English school, including preliminary site surveys and assistance to the construction activities, as well as the authorization process.
