My role was to personalise commercial advice on the products offered: four curricular master's degrees in tourism, hotel, events and communication management. Originally, I had been hired as business developer for the Spanish market, but unfortunately the Covid-19 pandemic did not make this possible.

𝐀𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫: my task was to coordinate and assist people aged 18+ and help them find the right language course abroad for their needs: not only English, but also French, Spanish, German or other. It was also my responsibility to expand the portfolio of partner schools with whom we could work. 𝐈𝐧𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞: my job was to welcome, assist and organise the stay of exchange students, mostly minors, who would attend an Italian High School and stay with a family anywhere in Italy for a whole year.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭: My role was to attend customers from non-European countries who wanted to attend a language course at one of our partner schools. During the high season, when my Spanish colleagues were particularly busy, I helped them by taking on Spanish customers as well. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫: the management of non-European countries was completely in my hands. For this reason, I collected feedback and suggestions, so that I could work out an appropriate strategy together with the Marketing Department for such a heterogeneous market. To this end, the role required me to submit a detailed report every month.

My role was to take over the after-sales service, which basically included sending the documentation needed to enrol the student in the partner school abroad, sending invoices to customers, monitoring payments and customer care.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩: my job was to attend Italian and Brazilian citizens for the completion of bureaucratic procedures. In particular: legalisation of documents, consular declarations, renewal of electoral cards and Brazilian identity cards, and travel authorisations for unaccompanied minors.
