WW Responsibility of CNH WL-TLH and CWL Construction Equipment product development purchasing activities.Mainly activities:- Overall responsibility for the development of the products as well as for all issues related to the development and launches• Lead and motivate the WW team • Develop close collaborations with internal departments and external suppliers• Interact with suppliers to establish short and long term strategic objectives, ongoing evaluation of the supplier’s performance• gross margin improvement, with a focus: on direct material cost reduction (BCC actions, Market test, strategic sourcing, etc.), make or buy analysis, logistics optimization, etc.• improve quality and synergies across the different regions• investments analysis (make or buy, business case, technology trade off, etc.)• ensure that projects are delivered on time and in line with the original plan, in terms of budget and quality• localization projects, new plant launches• new projects development: ensure project milestone, manage prototype activities, industrialization, etc.Site Leader for Lecce Purchasing team : Coordinate the activities to the local team for all Platform and participate in strategic activities: make or buy analysis, logistics optimization, BCC strategy ecc. for Lecce plant.
