Main Activities & Responsibilities:• project for the adjustment to the initial margin rules for un-cleared derivatives: project management and organizational analysis aimed at introducing the IT systems to calculate and reconcile the initial margin, implementing the processes in order to exchange the collateral, included the interaction with the Triparty Agents, and negotiating the agreements with the counterparties;• project for the adjustment to SFTR regulation: project management and organizational analysis aimed at reporting the details of Securities Financing Transactions and monitoring the outcome of the submissions;• Group Banco BPM Brexit project: project management aimed at identifying and implementing the solutions in order to ensure the compliance of Banco BPM Group after the withdrawal of the UK from the EU; • redesign project of the negotiation process of international collateral agreements (e.g. ISDA, CSA, GMRA, GMSLA): project management and organizational analysis;• project for the adjustment to EMIR regulation: project management and organizational analysis aimed at implementing the processes in order to exchange variation margin, to clear credit default OTC derivatives, to ensure the compliance of EMIR reporting to the new requirements and to extend the EMIR obligations to FX Swap and FX Forward contracts;• project for the IT migration of Banca Akros and for the merger of the Corporate & Investment Banking of Banca Aletti into Banca Akros: project management and organizational analysis;• business processes analysis and reengineering as well as preparation of company regulations and procedures regarding the financial operations.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:• project for the merger between Banco Popolare and Banca Popolare di Milano: member of the PMO of the Finance sector as project coordinator;• project for the adjustment to EMIR regulation: project management and organisational analysis aimed at implementing the solutions in order to send and check the EMIR reporting data, to clear the interest rate OTC derivatives, to confirm the contracts, to reconcile and exchange variation margins for the portfolios of OTC derivatives;• project for the adjustment to AIFMD regulation: organisational analysis and project management;• project for the participation to ECB TLTRO program: project management;• business processes analysis and reengineering as well as preparation of company regulations and procedures regarding the financial operations.
