• Managing, on a daily basis, the planning, performance and report delivery of allocated Internal Controls assignments. This includes ensuring delivery from the beginning to end of the audit process to an acceptable professional standard;• Supporting the Head of Internal Audit of the Group in the activities related Internal Control System • Testing activities on 262/SOX controls performed in Italy, U.S.A, and Germany;. Discussing of Remediation plan with Management;• Follow up related to the findings found in the past Audits;• Operational Audit activities;

• Supporting to the outsourcer auditors in Law 262/SOX audits for subsidiaries in Italy, Canada.• Updating reports, managing database, reviewing and testing activities on Law 262/SOX audits• Financial and operational Audit Activities.
