Current• Leading the NPI roadmap for cooking appliances in EMEA, doubling the market share.• Feeding the product development process by providing a precise specification set in both disruptive projects (e.g. new industrial site for premium appliances) and range extensions.• Negotiating CAPEX and budget to feed key projects in the roadmap, in respect of financial guidelines.• Defining ideal assortment as well as local catalogues to secure business goals despite headwinds.• Defining the entire product portfolio from scratch to sustain new brand strategy.• Leading value proposition process, from consumer insight analysis to reason to believe building-up.• Presenting products and concepts in events and exhibitions, in the most effective way.• Defining make or buy strategy, by analyzing the opportunity to insource or outsource the products.• Leading a heterogeneous team of product managers (6 resources).
