• Development of RAM & Logistics Engineering Analysis & Reports in accordance with ASDEFCON and project needs.• Development and maintenance of project processes, procedures and training to ensure successful management of all RAM & Logistics Engineering activities.• Work collaboratively with Engineering to develop, populate and maintain RAM, LORA, RCM, FMECA, LCC and Sparing models; identifying needs, identifying and supporting the selection of appropriate tools, determining indenture and model structure, and population and analysis of data• Contribute to ILS Engineering Working Groups and participate as an active member of other engineering IPTs• Contribute to ILS Engineering activities and provide expertise to influence design through design program phases• Develop briefing material and support presentations to management, customers and vendors including recommendations/suggestions that address product Logistic Engineering issues, such as RAM, LCC etc

• Generate and maintain standard time data for all internally manufactured products• Design 2D CAD layouts for factory machinery relocation• Generate and issue weekly production efficiency reports to determine payment by results figures• Manage daily labour balance and production buffers between footwear departments• Investigate raw material stock outs and potential raw material stock outs.• Undertake Continuous improvement projects within the management and execution of planning, scheduling and finished goods inventories including the configuration of the production ERP system to meet business KPIs.• Analyse and distribute leather usage data for footwear clicking department on a monthly basis• Monitor and report work in progress levels and production FIFO figures• Implement and maintain production processes that apply lean manufacturing methodology to ensure efficient production systems.
