Responsibilities included project management of all production for national account, Meritage Homes, including environmental design, graphics, shop fabrication, scheduling and installation. Client displays included permanent installation of sales and marketing graphics, custom fixtures, video displays and furnishings in model home sales offices. Learning center installations included interactive displays showcasing the builder's inclusion of energy efficient features, solar energy generation, weather sensing irrigation and home automation.

Product development, featuring eco-friendly graphic solutions, recycled materials and responsible disposal of display materials. Applications include trade shows, events, outdoor and indoor signage, architectural graphics, fine art prints, vehicle markings and point of purchase displays.

Sales for designer / manufacturer of trade show exhibits and marketing environments. Current focus on sales of modular / custom exhibits, graphics and retail marketing with over 20 years personal experience in related industries.

Managed in-house graphics design and production departments. Updated production methods and equipment to include ICC color management. Assisted in the creation of simplified, competitive graphic pricing structure. Also developed graphic manual and file specifications along with other sales tools. Provided Project Management and direct graphic support to sales staff.

Built in-house digital printing department within custom exhibit manufacturer. Hired, trained and managed design and production staff. Responsible for production of display graphics for Fast Signs Modular Division, Skyline, EXD modular and custom divisions. Implemented graphic knowledge training for all sales and support staff.

Managed high volume sign franchise and later established a stand alone digital printing division. High profile accounts included The Texas Rangers Baseball Club, Texas Motor Speedway, Dr Pepper, Alliance Airport/Hillwood Development, La Quinta, KTVT-CBS 11 and Six Flags Over Texas. Also sold and rented custom modular exhibits with digital graphics.
