Seconded from EVOC to help support the Revitalising Trusts Project which is a collaborative endeavour between OSCR and Foundation Scotland to help support charitable trusts that are either dormant or at risk of becoming inactive. Following on from the hugely successful programme in England (with UKCF working in partnership with the Charity Commission).

Edinburgh, United Kingdom

My role involves the support to governing bodies of charities and unregistered community organisations in Edinburgh. I also provide start up support for organisations that are seeking to become charitable bodies, this includes guidance on appropriate legal structures for organisations, training and support on charity and company legislation and one to one.

Voluntary member of the board of directors for the Edinburgh Women's Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre.

Capacity building support to the voluntary sector in Edinburgh specialising in volunteer development and management. I also deliver accredited training on volunteer management. Keen interest in developing support for trustee recruitment and support. My role was also to support and assist the coordination and implementation of the Building on Success.

Brecon, Powys

I was responsibile for the policy and administrative support for Women's Aid in Brecon. This was largely centred on ensuring that the work of the organisation was in full legal compliance within the health and social care sector. A large proportion of work was also focussed on regional and national domestic abuse strategies with a multi agency approach to.

Contract managed an ESF Objective 3 project tackling long term unemployment in targeted wards of Leeds.
