About Steff Bell
I’m an Architectural Technologist and Passive House designer with over 14 years experience in the Passive House sector. I obtained my Passive House qualification from the Energieinstitut Vorarlberg in Austria while I was working in Germany for renowned Passive House specialists Herz and Lang. Since returning to Scotland in 2010 as one of the first Certified Passive House Designers in the UK I have worked on a variety of projects, both new build, domestic and non-domestic in both consultancy and architectural designer roles. I was involved with the first certified Passive House project in Scotland (Tigh-Na-Cladach - Dunoon), the first certified Passive House project in England (Underhill House - Cotswolds) as well as the first educational building in Scotland certified to Passive House standard (UoA Rocking Horse Nursery - Aberdeen). I have so far worked on 100+ Passive House projects and I’m excited to continue this work over the coming years.
