I worked my way up the ladder quick but it was not easy. I started out at $11 an hour and within two months I earned several raises to become the second highest hourly rate paid employee in the company at $15 an hour. With no experience with pallets i out learned, out performed and worked the veterans that taught me, but humbly I never asked for a raised and i never boasted about it because I am about the unit working together to complete the job, so if i have to work harder because I can , then that is my duty as I am representing a company of integrity.

After the owner of the company I have worked for my entire career decided to close it down I ventured out and started my own company. Despite my relentless efforts I failed after two very hard years that I worked harder and longer days than any of the previous years of my life. Due to unwise recruitment the company I put my sweat, blood and tears into went bankrupt and i reentered the work force as a grateful employee to earn a paycheck.
