My role as Executive Assistant has primarily been assisting with:• Draft, review and send communications on behalf our Managing Director• A variety of special and strategic projects including business analysis, business cases, creation of presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material• Maintain various records, contracts, and documents• Prepare reporting and consolidation of KPIs (development of spreadsheets, PowerBI-dashboards for management etc.)• Coordinate and follow up on implementation of actions• Calculate bonus, commission and assist with payroll

Secondly, I had responsibility of marketing tasks such as SEO, conversions, website and graphic material.

Interaktion.co was at the time developing an app called 'Pregnant - Day by Day' which is an app for pregnancy and future parents. The focus was on medical facts but also the emotional needs. The internship helped my own personal development and I worked with different and exciting tasks such as: re-designing website, foreign and domestic market research, analysis and preparation of market strategy including graphic and visual expression.
