Managing the PSS Software and Hardware development team at Doms ApS.

Primary on-time delivery responsibility for development programs, as well as responsible for project priority/planning and Resource assignment across the development, Quality and Support functions.

Project coordination and ressource planning are the major focus areas for the job as Program Manager at Doms A/S. I plan and follow project progress for several development projects in the Doms PSS group. The majority of projects revolve around Software deliveries to our PSS 5000 forecourt controller.

In Reson A/S, I worked as a Project Manager. Reson produces Sonar Systems, hydrophones and other equipment in the under water acoustics area. Reson has departments in USA (California), Holland and Denmark and a number of smaller offices around the globe. Reson as approximately 300 employed, where 200 are in Denmark. The Recearch and Development department in Demark has about 30 people. The R&D department has further offices both in California and in Holland. My primary projects in Reson was to deliver customer specific system solutions to customers all over the world. Project members in my projects were put together from all three parts of the R&D departments and often also included people from Sales, Service, Production, etc.I have also successfully executed a highly profiled development project that aimed to produce an improved sonar processor unit, which with higher performance and better serviceability should be cheaper to produce compared to the existing solution.

Terma A/S department for Air Traffic Management, delivers information and communications systems to civilian and military Air Traffic Management. I was employed in the projects department functioning as Systems Engineer and Project Manager.Exept from project management and system implementation, my tasks included to help in making technical proposals in the Sales department. The later years I was primarily a Projects manager and also a Team Leader for a software development team of 4-6 people. The latest project was a major upgrade to the information system at London Heathrow airport.
