I started my career in the hospitality industry where I was able to gain valuable experience with different departments within the hotel such as the front desk, sales, housekeeping and moving my way up to rooms operations supervisor. I then made a career change and joined the banking world where I was able to apply my skills and knowledge to my new job. Within my 8 years of experience in banking I earned my level 1 lending limits and worked in several departments/roles such as in outbound and inbound sales, Mastercard recoveries and collections and virtual banking. I excelled in all my roles and won a number of quarterly awards for my performance. I am passionate about quality customer service. Having exceptional interpersonal skills makes me approachable, coachable and I am a quick learner which are some of my best qualities. I enjoy training and teaching as well and I am always willing to share my knowledge and skills to help people learn and grow with me.
