I have a decade of experience in healthcare having worked in some of southern Ontario’s top hospitals, namely, Sinai Health System, where I developed my skills as a Registered Nurse and Nursing Team Leader in a fast paced outpatient fertility clinic. Currently, I am one of the Clinical Lead Registered Nurses at Health PEI's Obstetrics & Gynecology Office in Charlottetown, PEI. Furthermore, I have a strong passion for holistic well-being outside of my professional journey as a nurse. I hold certifications as a NSCA Personal Trainer, Pre & Postnatal Coach, Pilates Instructor, Barre & Prenatal Barre Instructor and currently provide my services as a Movement Guide at Modo Yoga Charlottetown.I also host well-being retreats, group workshops, and offer one-on-one support via my self-care business, Steff Sullivan Collective. My objective in my business practice has always been to help individuals connect with themselves and develop individualized self-care plans that support their unique needs. I strongly believe health should be holistic, innovative and accessible. I continuously strive to develop my skills to help make the world a healthier place in both my professional and personal life.
