Daniel has made a career out of relationship building and using a unique background to serve clients and colleagues at the highest level. He, along with his wife Katie, has recently launched On The Block, a first-of-its-kind real estate company combining a full service brokerage, with a proprietary online auction platform. With a focus on transparency, innovation, and advocacy in the industry, On The Block is poised to push the envelope in a market that is at a major tipping point. Daniel has led large sales teams, working with Fortune 500 clients as well as individual consumers. He’s built financial reporting models and trained a variety of colleagues in responsible financial management and data analytics. He has managed events and marketing teams with creative solutions and spearheaded the sales of some of the most visible and prestigious events in the country.Staying involved in the non-business side of the business is crucial to Daniel. He mentors young professionals, often speaks at conferences, and teaches in several business settings. He is quite active in the development of real estate professionals, managing two communities built to provide resources and training for realtors across the country. He sits on the York University Senate, is in his 11th year on their Alumni Board, and advises several university organizations in budgeting, responsible management, and sponsorship. A proud husband and father of four, Daniel enjoys drumming and golfing when he can. He currently resides north of Toronto.
