- Lead a team of 3 research advisors supervising relationships with 325+ law firms and managing over $13M in active revenue
- Independently direct 400+ project submissions from clients each quarter, facilitate communication, and adeptly resolve conflicts to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
- Play a key role in converting transactional clients into long-term partnership relationships and enhancing client retention rates through personalized, high-touch service delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Customer Success and Sales teams to promote upsell of diverse product offerings, driving usage and company revenue
- Partner with the VP of research to develop departmental initiatives and KPIs, utilizing data analysis of targets and actual performance to drive motivation and support goal attainment
