Responsibilities included: Oversight of the daily operations of the respite centre. The programs in my care included Day Respite, Overnight Respite, Hammertime (NDIS) & Allied Health. The Centre was closed due to the impact of Covid-19.

Responsibilities included: Liaising with the CEO to review and implement marketing and financial strategies. This included web presentation, magazine and brochure advertising, including the European and American markets. Trade show preparation, travel planning and debriefing; distribution of announcements and newsletters and strategic social media activities. Review of product descriptions and agent contracts for accuracy. Review and overhaul of company policies and procedures. Organization of internal meetings including statistical reporting. "Post-cruise" preparation of media materials and website maintenance. Local marketing and presence. Reservations and operations overflow.With the retirement of company owner and pioneer Mike Ball, this position has been made redundant.

Responsibilities included: Check-in of customers on board the vessel. Processing sales and reservations through ResPax. Settlement and banking of moneys. Taking bookings, processing of email enquiries and bookings. Answering all incoming calls. Shop and stock maintenance.This was a temporary position, due to the high volume of sales over the New Year period.
