Account Management - Existing Customers:• Relationship Management with all customers • Establish Sales opportunities within accounts• Establish budgets for planned projects• Contract negotiations• Get Contract hours sorted if overused either for invoicing or for amendmentNew Sales:• Appointments – face to face meetings – Company Intro• Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts • Contract negotiationsEngineering: Project Management• Project Planning, Interact & Coordinate• Logging of jobs through for helpdesk when engineers are unavailable ie. in the mornings – on lunches – on holidays – or when all are unavailable• Meet deadlines & have an alternative solution for unforeseen problems in advance• Ensure orders are delivered to customers as soon as for billing purposes.• Check if assets are placed on the system for warranty purposes• Check if products are placed in System for site docs • Solve and assist with customer complaints• Coordinate and assist with relocation for clientsIT Training:• Liaising with customers and booking courses • Ensuring all manuals are ready for courses• Checking delegates have attended for their Certifications• Getting a rapport with customers to ensure they return for more training.• Keeping up with information in the training diary • Ensuring lunches/ refreshment are ready for training daysProcurement:• Hardware: Servers/Pcs/Laptops/Cisco hardware• Software: MS Licenses/Antivirus/ Security Suites/VMWare• Sage: Recording of all transactions Assistance to the DirectorDuties include: Organising appointments• Diary confirmation• Attending appointments with MD• Taking notes & sending out appropriate Company Info• Contracts and quotes if required.
