I am an experienced IT & Communications technician with over 6 years served in the Royal Navy. I have had hands on exposure to a variety of radio communication systems, network hardware and Enterprise IT solutions such as Windows Server & Microsoft 365.I have been responsible for administering an Enterprise network for over 200 people on-board Navy warships and Headquarters, with extensive experience in troubleshooting and interface with management to provide agreed solution timelines.An integral part of my experience is not only acquiring new knowledge and skills, but passing them on via coaching and mentoring of more junior persons - with the goal of improving the overall performance of the department and the unit as a whole.Always keen to learn new skills and contribute to any team, I am looking for new opportunities to grow and add value to prospective employers.
