Marketing Event: 50%- Assist the manager to make the annual event plan/trade plan/outdoor & indoor promotion plan, as well as related plan execution & resource allocation;- Vendor management to drive the event execution according to the plan- On-site event execution & supervision;- Collect and classify the data for events, and make improvement plan- Event material management, event expense settlement;Boutique Trade Marketing: 50%- Collect landlord promotion resources, and help to make the related trade strategies for boutiques;- Communicate the promotion support & resources with landlord to ensure the exposure of brand, and execute different marketing events, including podiums, display points, workshops, etc.;- Collect the boutique promotion data, and help to complete the boutique sales reports and improve the future action plans.

- Participating in management of promotion team: 1. handling the daily traveling schedules and booking flights & hotels for team of 24 personnel; 2. collecting promotion team members’ service record data and checking before providing to Agency; 3. ensuring timely communication and information is provided.- Handles indoor/outdoor banners & trade magazines contracts - collect company chops, make payment application and timely delivery. Besides, summarizes monthly indoor/outdoor banner animation in PPT form for retail marketing team.- Prepares all the materials for on-counter animation - write brief for counters to clarify what to do in the animation, make sure all the necessary materials arrive at counters in time, collect sales report and feedback from counters and summarize the performance.- Help Product Marketing with competitors’ advertisement and price.
