System Management Team• Support internal and external stakeholders (users, IT, vendor) to triage, analyse and implement fixes, ensuring operational efficiency.• Lead the user-acceptance testing (UAT) for new system implementations and enhancements.• Develop a standardised defect management framework.

Grant Administration - Project Team (2018-2019)• Support the digitisation of grants management to enable the roll-out of a system, Electronic Financial Assistance Scheme System (eFASS), used to administer various national financial assistance schemes.• Formulate the policy design of new schemes with internal and external stakeholders.• Collaborate with IT partners to translate business requirements into technical requirements.• Review system design specifications and develop test cases for new system implementation.Grant Administration - Operations Team (2014-2018)• Process applications for financial assistance schemes through due diligence screening• Process and ensure timely, accurate monthly grant disbursement payout of at least S$12M/year.• Handle audit-related queries to ensure compliance with audit requirements.• Prepare data analysis reports to senior management and ministries.• Act as liaison officer to external vendors regarding all procurement matters, including monitoring expenditures to ensure adherence to authorised levels. • Manage budget reviews as well as monitor monthly cash flow.
