Current- Monitor resident’s health and look for signs that their health is deteriorating or improving, checking vital signs and watching for changes in monitor readings per physician’s order. - Make patients comfortable providing care, ADL’s and listening to patients and their family members.- Give medications as prescribed by their physician and ordering to pharmacy when low. Contact Pharmacy and/or doctor’s offices to clarify discrepancies or to check on order status. - G-tube care, feeding and medication administration.- Suctioning- Colostomy change and care.- Eye drops as prescribed.- Perform breathing treatments including nebulizer and inhalers.- Report to RNs or doctors and keep and maintain the patient’s records.- Manage the caregivers to make sure that their tasks are completed and done to the facility’s standard of care. - Number of beds: 6, Patient Ratio: 6/1, Number of hours worked per week: 54.
