Stella Spanou was born in Chalkidiki, she is a professional executive Chef and private Chef and cookbooks' author. She makes up menus for selected restaurants and organizes gastronomic festivals abroad.Cooperates with well-known magazines and Tv-shows in order to promote Hellenic cuisine. As an independent author she wrote 7 cookbooks and one of them has got the world award "Gourmand Best World Cookbook Award". Spanou is considered to be one of the greatest chefs in traditional gastronomy and she is an instructor at IEK DELTA.
