I am an MA of Visual Communication Design (VCD) from Aalto University with a focus on information design. I acquired my bachelor's degree from the faculty of Arts and Design in the University of Lapland majoring in graphic design and minoring in photography and multimedia studies. My administrative assignments at the university included both an elected member of the representative assembly and a deputy member of the subject association.On top of my education I have worked in several projects including data visualization, photography, branding visuals and illustrations with various printed and digital media. Currently my focus is on further defining my practise in the field of visual communications and on deepening my skills related to interactive data visualizations.
