My passion for supply chain management stems from my fascination with the intricate coordination required to deliver products to customers worldwide. I pursued this passion by obtaining a Master of Science degree in Supply Chain Management from The University of Texas at Dallas, where I learned the latest theories and practices in the field.Currently, I am the Head of Operations & Marketing at SALSS, a student-led organization that provides academic and professional support to supply chain students and alumni. In this role, I develop and execute marketing campaigns, direct the logistics and operations of club events, collaborate with club members and professors, and organize and facilitate workshops, guest speaker events, and networking opportunities. Through these initiatives, I have achieved significant growth in club visibility, engagement, membership, and satisfaction.Previously, I worked as a Senior Operations Analyst at Amazon, where I collaborated with clients to negotiate favorable pricing, improve lead times, and ensure on-time delivery of projects, resulting in cost savings of $2M. I also conducted consumer market research, built automated tools, and developed PowerBI dashboards to assess new product features, streamline operations, and optimize performance tracking, resulting in improved customer satisfaction, workforce efficiency, and recruiting processes.I have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, which enable me to identify and implement process improvements, reduce waste, and increase quality. I also have excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, which allow me to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
