I am currently the Finance Business Partner, managing business insights from data to aid informed and strategic decision making for the SLT. In this role I am responsible for managing, analysing and interpreting financial data to uncover the drivers of value, cost and performance, providing actionable recommendations to support the strategy. This role ensures effectiveness in performance, month end closes, budgeting, forecasting, wider profitability analysis, as well as identification, communication and monitoring of key financial risks and opportunities.

For a period of substantial technological change for PwC globally, an internal team was spun up in NZ to encourage experimental and entrepreneurial ideas for the firm. In this role, I supported the business case development for the creation of the team, aided in the process of pursuing and onboarding a Cheif Ventures Officer for the firm, and then took on the position of internal navigator - supporting the team to explore new value, utilising technology, brand and data with the goal of unlocking innovative potential and driving new growth.

My career with PwC began in the Financial Advisory Services team, where I held a variety of operational roles across resourcing, reporting, expense management and executive support. Prior to accepting a new position with the innovations team, I was responsible for vendor relationship and commercial management for a PwC cloud accounting and technology project which integrated SaaS applications and tools for small and private business across Australia and Aotearoa.

SearchCom is an independent search company which supported creditors in finding addresses for unlocatable individuals. In this role I managed office operations for a small team of investigators based in Grafton, interfacing with creditors, managing documentation and accounts, and reporting on outcomes.
