I am a curious and creative professional with over 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, DEI, Employee Engagement and Organisational Culture. Throughout my career I have followed a pursuit of continuous learning and have various qualifications in Community Management, Psychological Research Design, Psychometrics, and an MSc in Organisational Psychology with Distinction. I have held voluntary roles as a Board Director for an industry CIC, planning an event for 150+ L&D professionals, and as a Leadership Council Member where I have played a role in key strategic projects set by the Executive Committee including Net Zero targets, the Responsible Business strategy and organisation-wide Culture initiatives. Being human at work is fundamental to my philosophy. I believe in bringing kindness, empathy and authenticity into everything I do. I like to adopt creative approaches to problem-solving and using data and research to think critically about driving better outcomes. Purpose is also integral to me, at work and beyond. In my spare time I am passionate about contributing to my local community and my current volunteering involves primarily supporting the fundraising and events committee for Brighton Women's Centre. Social mobility (the subject of my MSc dissertation), inclusivity and sustainability are all causes I am passionate and knowledgeable about and endeavour to bring into my work.
