I am a curious and creative professional with over 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, DEI, Employee Engagement and Organisational Culture. Throughout my career I have followed a pursuit of continuous learning and have various qualifications in Community Management, Psychological Research Design, Psychometrics, and an MSc in Organisational Psychology with Distinction. I have held voluntary roles as a Board Director for an industry CIC, planning an event for 150+ L&D professionals, and as a Leadership Council Member where I have played a role in key strategic projects set by the Executive Committee including Net Zero targets, the Responsible Business strategy and organisation-wide Culture initiatives.
