●Managing the day to day operations at club, for a direct team of 30 and supporting the wider team of 72 team members. Providing operational updates on a daily basis and providing close support to the General Manager. Working alongside all HR policies to manage my team effectively, including but not limited to disciplinary procedures. ●Taking overall accountability for ensuring full compliance in all Health and Safety policies and mandatory training. Ensuring that the whole team are compliant with mandatory training and minimum Health and Safety standards are met as dictated by legislation and internal audit requirements. Driving H&S audit results to a 90%+ benchmark result. ●Continuously driving brand standards across the club and taking responsibility for the ongoing improvement of site standards. Taking corrective measures where standards fall below an acceptable level and ensuring that high standards are maintained and any reported issues are promptly resolved. ●Ensuring compliance with any weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports / checks and where required, reporting these results back into the business. ●Managing the conduct and behaviour of our employees and members in order to ensure a continual safe working environment.●Upholding team member’s efficiency through continuous monitoring of basic training standards such as first aid qualifications, Lifeguard qualifications, DBS checks etc. Keeping records of monthly competency training schedules and following process for any team member falling outside of the acceptable policy standards. ●Conducting 3-4 duty manager shifts on a weekly basis to ensure visibility during busy periods for our members and to open/close the club. Delivering strong customer service and driving the same output from the wider team. ●Supporting procurement at the club by raising purchase orders and managing stock levels in a timely fashion.

Medway

●Managing the day to day operations UK wide, for 28 centres supporting over 30 team members. Providing operational updates to centre team members on a regular basis and ensuring that both my team and I are up to date with mandatory training. Working with and overseeing the HR policy and monitoring leave whether this is sickness / holiday. ●Ensuring each site runs efficiently with all maintenance (PPM and Reactive) carried out as necessary, working alongside the regional FM manager. Overseeing the delivery of soft services such as cleaning, security, landscaping and regular audits of the working H&S files. ●Managing the UK wide design and implementation of operational policy and process via project management and team training. ●Monitoring and identifying issues with the operational processes, followed by developing the research and testing of resolutions.●Ensuring and maximising revenue generation by regularly reviewing process.●Exercising project management capabilities by ensuring new site openings are operationally ready, supporting delivery of programme and site opening deadlines as detailed by the Operations director.●Regular standard checks at each site UK wide and taking corrective measures where standards fall below acceptable levels. Ensuring that high standards are maintained and ensuring that any faults are promptly reported / resolved. ●Supporting procurement by ensuring all new suppliers are set up on Oracle systems, raising purchase orders as required and managing new account set up for new centre openings. Ensuring that invoices are promptly received for a service and settled with the accounts department in a timely fashion.

West Malling / Brentwood

As a SCSR I was responsible for the supervision of front of house, reception duties and day to day running of the centre.Primary roles include customer satisfaction, invoicing & management of clients accounts, Service Revenue accountability and the overall journey & experience for our customers.

Chatham

As a Customer Assistance at Wickes I was responsible for supervising the customer service point, and ensuring that customers needs were fulfilled daily.
