I have been working in the creative design industry for over 20 years. My role within the industry has been within the production and operational management of client projects and at management level looking after designers and developers to ensure smooth delivery of projects in meeting deadlines and budgets.I enjoy working within the industry because of the creativity involved, the challenges of interpreting client briefs, working with talented individuals and also the buzz of meeting last minute deadlines.Over the last few years, I have been fortunate to move into project managing websites for clients. This involves meeting with the client to determine the website look & feel, ascertaining the technical functionality, advising the client of the benefits of optimising their website and whether or not the client wishes to edit their own content through a CMS.I have a wealth of experience in client account management, project management and scheduling of multiple work flow, hiring suppliers/freelancers and managing them, conceiving copy for ad campaigns, website content, printed collateral, running e-marketing campaigns and creating proposals for new business.
