After being diagnosed with multiple chronic health conditions, I became fascinated by the role of lifestyle and nutrition in managing symptoms, as well as the power of making small swaps and/or additions to my diet to improve my health in a truly manageable and enjoyable way. My passion now lies in innovating, creating, and bringing to market nutritious food products so that healthier options are more readily accessible to all Australians, with the purpose of adding value the people's lives - not restricting nutrients or enjoyment!In my roles at Lakanto and Noshu Foods, I gained in-depth experience in contributing to creative ideas for new products, marketing campaigns and launch strategies for a range of innovative products. In both positions, I thrived both autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced environment focused on driving innovation and change in the Australian food industry.  With the skills and experience I nurtured in these roles, I was able to work closely with key stakeholders to commercialise and bring over five new product lines into major supermarkets nationally.Currently, I am partnered with Sneaky Wholefoods on a line of all natural, plant-based snacks.  This business partnership has provided me with invaluable experience in all stages of product development, from concept stage to sourcing of ingredients, to packaging, and to product launch and distribution. With over 5 years in the business, and over 10 products going to market, I have learnt to track market trends, work towards cost-efficiency across all product development processes, innovate in a highly competitive health food market, think quickly and adapt to unforeseeable changes in the market, and to develop a reputable brand with products that address key consumer needs.  Outside of work, I am currently completing a second degree in Food and Nutrition to become a registered Nutritionist. This degree has satisfied my drive to continuously learn, equipped me with further knowledge in the field and given me deeper insight into the Nutrition industry in Australia. In my spare time, I love to get creative in my own kitchen and create healthy recipes to share with the community I’ve built on social media, and always stick to my daily non-negotiables of getting a walk outside in, a session in the gym and a chapter of a book read!Let’s connect! I’m always eager to meet new people, learn something new and exchange ideas.
