• Manage reservations for all customers including ticket changes, new bookings, baggage and booking payments as well as resolving any issues with existing tickets.
• Ensuring a smooth efficient check in as well ab being the go to point for any staff with questions or experiencing issues.
• Issue boarding passes and reschedule passenger affected by flight interruptions or cancellations.
• Manage passenger baggage processing including handling and fee calculations.
• Completion of daily and monthly banking and sales reports and forwarding to the relevant parties.
• Closing flights, passing bag and passenger figures on time to all relevant parties and resolving any discrepancies as per safety and security protocols.

• To check in and conduct the boarding process of passengers for different airlines, using different systems, following airline specific policies and procedures.
• To verify and inspect passenger documentation for travel.
• To meet arriving aircrafts and escort passengers through immigration and baggage reclaim.
• Ability to comply with all UK and EU legislation as well as airport authority and carrier security requirements.
• Enhanced ability to handle last minute disruption, such as diverted aircrafts, delays or disruptive passengers.
• Working in a fast paced environment with many time limitations for tasks to be completed.
